"Oh my goodness this food was AMAZING! the best tasting Caribbean food I've had since I moved back from living in the Caribbean! Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned so beautifully 😍. I did not want my meal to end! The pholourie starter with the chutney was 5 star and the roti was stunning. We also tried the chicken, rice and pasta salad which again, was just outstanding. "Amazing food again!! Patties were immense! Jerk chicken was hot and really good.... but one thing that girl can do is cook rice!!! One of the most difficult things to get right!!! "It's been a while but we ordered the Valentine's menu last weekend. The halloumi skewers were lovely with the sweet tamarind sauce. The veggie 'pulled pork', rice and plantain was delicious - super tasty so I ate it really slowly, the sauce on the 'pork' was scrummy, superb flavours. I've had plantain elsewhere and not been that keen but Dianne's was lovely and really complemented the meal, so we will definitely be having that again. Then finally the dessert, a huge portion of gorgeous Black Forest cheesecake - perfect. My partner said he thought it may be the best meal yet from Dianne, but then he said that the last time and the time before! Dianne's food is consistently top quality, neatly packed and labelled and always tastes divine - it is a real treat! Thank you! 💜"

"so tonight we dined on stewed chicken and rice, i am full up, maybe even fuller than full up, i feel as if i've stretched myself to fit it all in cos i definitely wasn't leaving any of it and it was huge. The rice , once again cooked to perfection, mixed with sliced baby carrots, peppers and spinach served as the perfect riposte and bed for the chunks of stewed chicken, masses of them, a hint of heat amongst the expertly mixed Caribbean spices, i always bone the lot of it so that i can get on with my eating uninterrupted every other mouthful on a slice of doubles with that sweet and sour tamarind chutney and curried chick peas the perfect contrast to just the chicken and rice.... another golden winner from Trinidads' greatest export, our chef extraordinaire"
